I recently hired Vortek Construction for a bathroom renovation, which ended up including some unexpected foundation and basement repairs. Chris and his team were very helpful and always took the time to answer my questions. The crew consistently showed up on time, treated my home with respect, cleaned up after themselves, and delivered quality workmanship. I was impressed with the overall experience and will definitely be using them again for future renovations.
I required assistance removing asbestos tape from my HVAC. Vortek was referred to me by ATCO Home Energy Services as a service expert. In turn, Vortek referred me to another company to provide consulting services that they said they would need to build an estimate. I had the work done by the consultant but then the consultant and Vortek disagreed about whether they were provided necessary information. Vortek still submitted an estimate but then didn't/couldn't answer questions about the scope covered by the estimate. They kept insisting I was asking for cost certainty but I just wanted to know what their estimate was actually proposing to cover. They were unwilling to provide this clarity and ultimately refused the project. Gong show.
If there’s one thing that I can say about Chris, he is fantastic, his team is amazing, he goes over and beyond for his customers, if there’s 10 stars I will give him 10 stars. Most amazing contractor, by far. If you need great quality work and renovations call Chris. I have no words but he answers his phone and text messages promptly. Trustworthy, reliable and what more can I say, fantastic work by far. Whatever you need done in your house or whatever you might need he makes it happen, fast and reliable. We hired Vortek to do repair work in our Condo garage ceiling. They are a great company to work with, project was completed on schedule and exceeded expectations. Crew was knowledgeable and friendly and kept us well informed of their progress. Would be more than happy to recommend Vortek!
