Customer feedback highlights responsive scheduling, especially for active leaks and weather-dependent work. Reviews frequently mention clear, detailed estimates and good communication from foremen during projects. Many note tidy job sites and thorough cleanup, along with workmanship that blends well with existing brick. A small number of reviews cite concerns about property impact, but the overall pattern trends strongly positive.

Excellent service. They were extremely busy but I had an active leak and they were able to move me up in the schedule. They explained all the work that was recommended and provided a detailed quote so we could decide what to do now vs later. The work was completed ahead of schedule, the results look fantastic and cleanup was perfect. I strongly recommend Galati.

Galati & Sons is an amazing company. We contracted with them to do tuck pointing repairs at an old house in St. Louis City. They showed up on time, did not disturb the neighbors, cleaned up so the place actually looked better than before they came. They started on the Friday before Memorial Day and worked through the whole weekend and Monday to get the job done. The work is excellent. The house looks like new. I highly recommend Galati & Sons for your tuck pointing work.

Galati was fantastic from start to finish. We needed fairly significant work on our home, including tuck pointing and spalling brick replacement on three chimneys. Galati provided a very thorough and professional estimate and they were able to start the work sooner than expected thanks to good weather. Johny was the foreman on site and he was great to talk to as the job was progressing, while the crew cleaned up the work areas at the end of each of day. We would happily use Galati again.

I have never left a bad review and all of my years on earth no matter what companies have done. I’ve always kept quiet. But I would strongly caution anybody from using this company, they were hired to tuck point part of a historic building in the central West End, St. Louis, Missouri. My husband and I were home at the time that they started spraying our windows with a straight stream damaging 40 of our panes. I called the property manager for our building. I emailed I went outside to try to make them stop., The workers did not understand English I told them they had to stop because our windows are very fragile and it could hurt them. Dan Galletti ordered them to continue to wash and spray down the windows. As I had just washed all of the windows by hand myself at the end of April. At the time that I washed them, I counted how many were damaged and there were five I informed Dan Galletti that there were five already damaged And that he needed to call his insurance or do whatever it took to take care of our window problem. He said that he would this is October 30 he never reported it to insurance he never gave me any inclination that they were gonna cover it after that. Finally, he filed an insurance claim and they denied it. Dan lied and said that they used a very light stream of water when it sounded like bullets going off on our windows. We had to go through small claims court to try to recoup the $5800 damage that was done. The judge didn’t rule in either of our favors so we are replacing our damaged windows ourselves at the cost of 5800. What makes it even worse is he lied straight to the judge’s face in the small claims court he lied straight to the insurance adjuster who came to see what they were spraying. The worst part is the arrogance and the lying and walking away
without having to cover their damage to us. I would definitely without a doubt, never hire this company. And I hope to never see them in my neighborhood or at our building doing any kind of work.

Galati & Sons are professional to deal with. I researched many companies and decided to obtain bids from just two companies. I first met Craig on-site and discussed the work to be done and received his proposal that I thought was competitive and fair. Craig has the experience and technical skills to talk intelligently about the work required. I was pleased that the work began sooner than scheduled because they were busy due to the recent tornado that damaged so many masonry buildings. I stayed with the tuckpointing crew to watch their work. They were careful to provide good workmanship and protected my new roof and patio. Carly the office manager is knowledgeable in the construction trades and handled paperwork smoothly. Daniel the President called to schedule the follow up spray coating. Michelle called me for the final closeout billing and to email me the final lien waiver. The photos below are the before and after photos. I have over 40 years in the construction/design industry and felt their company handled their business professionally.
