The gentleman who came to look at our house to give us a bid arrived on time, was professional, and got the bid back to us that same day. The young men who arrived to do the work were polite and hard-working. The weather conditions that day were not ideal, but they persevered and got the job done. It looks great!

Mirelli Tuckpointing is a great company to do business with. They do everything you’d expect, but unfortunately don’t receive from many businesses. You can quickly sense after the first personal interaction Mirelli strives towards pleasing all of their customers all of the time. The skilled team member who arrived, Roberto, was a true gentleman and professional who was courteous, and did a great job matching the original mortar color, and tuck pointing skills are fantastic. Notice the chimney cap in this photo with angled sides and straight lines. It shows skill and pride in his work. I highly recommend this company for their exceptional customer service, and skilled tradesmen.
Tremendous work and tremendous service! The first thing I noticed was John's responsiveness and how quick the entire process took (Less than 3 weeks from initial call the project was completed). Not many companies still do Stone Veneer Step repair. If you live in South St. Louis, there's a good chance a Mirelli installed the stone veneer. They are experts. I am so pleased with the work!!! The steps were deteriorating rapidly (Photos 1-4) and now they look phenomenal (Photos 5-12)! THANK YOU MIRELLI TUCKPOINTING!!!
