The work was completed on budget and according to the timeline they communicated.Because our building is more than 130 years old, matching the original brick and preserving the character of the structure was very important. Joe and Dave took great care in selecting and installing replacement brick that blended well with the existing masonry and used quality materials appropriate for a historic building.Communication was excellent throughout the project. I had a difficult masonry project on one of my buildings and Capital Masonry Restoration was able to complete the project without any issues and the building looks amazing! The tuckpointing they did blends so well and I can't even see it, and communication from Dave and Joe throughout the entire project was incredible. Great masonry contractor, highly recommended!
Capital Masonry Restoration did an excellent job tuckpointing our house. Their employees were very professional and their work exceeded our expectations. We’ve had other contractors perform tuckpointing on our house, but we will only be using Capital Masonry Restoration for our tuckpointing and masonry projects in the future. Capital Masonry was not the lowest bid we received for the tuck-pointing and restoration we wanted on our 1890 condominium porch. It was just the best. It was detailed, accurate and professionally done. From start to finish we were happy we picked Capital Masonry. The work was top notch and the folks who did the work treated our property with respect and courtesy. I sometime forgot they were even there! Each day the work site was cleaned up and our property totally accessible. Neighbors even commented on the professionalism of the workers on site! Communications were clear and accurate with the company throughout the process! We have another job to be done on the property in the future and am certain Capital will be our choice. Excellent company. Couldn't recommend them more highly!
