I should have taken a before and after photo. We had issues with the home we just bought and the pool was one of them. I called a number of companies and I chose Alpha Foundations of St. Petersburg. Tory and Chris showed up. They were both very cordial and respectful of the surroundings. Tory explained what they would be doing and we walked around the pool. They started their work. When they were done I was totally surprised with the work they had done.From any angle I could not see where the cracks were. Before, I could visually see the cracks when standing in the kitchen. When I stand over the repaired cracks all you see is a smooth line. All cracks repaired and sealed. As a retired Disabled Veteran we enjoy kindness, professionalism and hard work. Joey, Will, and Dan did a phenomenal job setting up the encapsulation for our crawl space. They were very professional and communicative. We've had work done from other contractors and companies for other home projects, and we've had random issues with every one of them with exception to Alpha Foundation. They cleaned up after themselves and left no debris or trash. I highly recommend them for any crawl space needs.

We had a very thorough home inspection by James for some settling around my seawall and cracks in the concrete below our home. The crew sent out to complete the work, Tory and William, Were professional and very respecting of our property. They worked until well after dark to complete the job and we were very satisfied with the results. We opted not to have the cracks filled as we will have the floor refinished in the future.
