BEWARE!!! THIS GUY, JUNIOR FRAGOZA, IS NOT A CUSTOMER- ORIENTED, NOR IS HE A CUSTOMER- FRIENDLY BUSINESS MAN! I ordered a specifically sized concrete slab AND a brick ledge for my new home and he poured a smaller slab than I ordered and paid for!! I hadn't measured the slab after it was poured, I would've had a MAJOR problematic situation in my hands when my Builder began to build onto the slab and this would've delayed EVERYTHING and cause me and my Builder utter CAOS!! When I called him to bring this VERY BAD oversight, he argued with me right off the bat instead of apologizing and saying he would make sure the horrific problem was fixed!! I couldn't believe it!! After he sloppily enlarged my slab and added another brick ledge, his workers left several gashes throughout my slab (missing areas of concrete, large holes throughout), and he left his form boards affixed to my slab, he left his trash and after bringing THESE continued eye sores/problems to his attention on several occasions, he promised he would take care of these problems, but for about a month now, he hasn't lifted a finger!!He has blocked my phonecalls, he won't answer my text messages or my emails and he's decided to TOTALLY ignore my pleas to give me what I paid for and to pick up his trash which includes beer cans and bottles, styrofoam plates, plastic cups, and other trash!! This is littering on private property which is AGAINST THE LAW!!! AGAIN, BEWARE OF THIS GUY, he's ONLY in it for the money, not to deliver a very high cost service!!! BEWARE!!!!
