I contracted two jobs with groundworks, 1. basement waterproofing and 2. front step repair.The method used for the basement was more economical, and efficient than other quotes. For the initial quote I met with Behtash Adib. He was punctual, professional and took the time to answer any and all questions. While deciding on the scope of the job Behtash was consistent with prompt responses and information. The basement waterproofing was done by Ade, Shy and Vandyke. During the project they noticed a potential problem in the same room unrelated to their work. The team notified me and even paused while they had a specialist stop by and check it out. This was above and beyond and extremely helpful.The second project was my front steps. Over the years the cement steps cracked and started to settle into the ground. The concrete repair team fixed this quickly, with excellent results. Andrew and Russel took the time to confirm my expectations of the job and answer any questions I had. Before booking with groundworks I read only stellar 5 star reviews, and I am confident in saying they are all well deserved.
Top notch team on-site for 3 days. Lucio, Carter and A.K. worked really well together. Kept us current on the progress. Arrived early each day. The basement was kept as clean as the job allowed. We couldn't be happier with their work. Will recommend highly.

From my first consult with Kieth Campbell to the over the top professionalism of Holden Hebert and Tai Mark completing the arduous task to retrofit our basement with a new sump and trough system. Right from the start they ensured I was put at ease toward meeting our needs. Holden and Tai continued to loop me in as each day progressed and included me in the process to ensure I agreed with any subtle change in plan. I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with the cleanliness at end of each day toward a great completion! We are very pleased with the service from Groundworks from beginning to end. Setting up the appointment was very easy. The Inspection was completed professionally and efficiently by the Project Manager, Ronald McLeod and he definitely set the tone for the excellent service. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my wet basement issues, provided solutions and reasonable recommendations. Ronald's customer service was exceptional. The Foreman and work crew were prompt for the morning start which was very much appreciated. The work crew comprised of 4 very professional individuals, Levi Hartlief, Owen Hartlief, Tai Mark and Omar Salah. Levi and Tai went over what would be done before starting and Tai kept me updated on the progress of the job throughout the day. They put up tarp which was very much appreciated and kept the area as clean as possible and they removed all of the waste and debris material. The workmanship of all the crew members was excellent! I am very pleased with the service from Groundworks and I highly recommend their services to anyone with wet basement issues.
