We've been working with Benji and Bonnie for a while now. They helped fix our foundation a few years ago and have helped a few times since then including sump pump replacement, pipe upgrades and inspections. Always on time, transparent and professional.
We hired Benji after having suffered through two floods in our basement. We were at a loss as to what was wrong. We had contacted Benji Dittrich and he responded quickly. He came and identified the issues and provided a solution. He installed weeping tiles and added a sump pump system and back flow valve. He had a genuine interest in making sure we never suffered through another devastating flood. He was super knowledgeable! Every solution that Benji recommended has changed everything for us and our home. After two floods our insurance company had dropped us as clients and we had to find a new insurance provider. It was a trying time for our family. Benji was the answer and solution we’d been needing. Happy to report, two years later, no floods, and no further issues. Last night, while we were away, our kids called to say the sump pump back up battery pack was going off. We contacted Benji on Easter Sunday and left a message about what was going on. The following morning his wife contacted us first thing and by 10 am Benji attended our home to investigate the issue. Turns out it was just a matter of the shaft inside the sump that the float comes up on, was dirty. When we asked Benji what we owed him, he said no charge! He said he was in the area anyway and refused to take any money. You don’t see this kind of service anymore. This just goes to show the continued support and service you receive from Benji Dittrich Construction, even well after his initial work. We highly recommend Benji and his team. These guys are experts in the field. They know what they’re talking about about. Their expertise and service is top notch, and the best in the business.
