Sigura Construction, Inc.

highly recommend Ilan Sigura for any contracting or construction project. He replaced a leaking window on the second floor of our new home while we were still living in it, and the entire process was seamless. He and his team worked efficiently and professionally, demonstrating excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. The crew was highly skilled, courteous, and respectful throughout the project. What really stood out was how clean and organized they were—maintaining a tidy workspace during the job and leaving everything spotless at the end. The work was completed quickly, smoothly, and to a very high standard. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend him for any construction or home improvement work.

Excellent customer service, quality work, highly recommend. We hired Sigura construction for a master bed addition and bathroom remodel. Ilan and his team walked us through the entire process from design to permitting to construction. His team was courteous and professional and we are very happy with the finished result. We especially appreciated that Ilan personally came onsite throughout the project to check on progress and quality of the work. Any issue was quickly resolved by his team. We have recommended Sigura to many of our friends and family for their projects.

We’ve now worked with Sigura Constructions on two major home renovation projects, and both experiences were beyond excellent. The most recent project was a full remodel of our laundry room, kids’ bathroom, and master bathroom. This came after they had already done a full renovation of the rest of our house during phase one (excluding those areas). The first phase was so impressive that hiring Ilan Sigura and his team again was a no-brainer. Ilan is amazing to work with. He’s not just the owner; he’s fully involved in the process from start to finish. He’s friendly, super responsive, and clearly takes pride in his work. He came by weekly for walkthroughs, was in daily contact with his team, and we got regular updates on progress. We always felt like our satisfaction was his top priority. The crew was also fantastic. Super professional, respectful, and incredibly detail-oriented. They treated our home like it was their own, from protecting surfaces and maintaining a safe worksite to cleaning up at the end of every day. Even though we were living in the house during this second phase, they managed to keep everything as functional and stress-free as possible. Special thanks to William, the project manager. He was professional, hardworking, and consistently kept the project running smoothly. His calm, steady presence made the entire process feel organized and stress-free, and we truly appreciated his attention to details. As part of the project, Ilan connected us with MiDa Interior Design Studio, and that was another big win. Michal and Dana from MiDa totally understood our style and helped create bathrooms and a laundry room that are both modern and functional. They had great ideas, were a pleasure to work with, and worked directly with Sigura’s team so everything was seamless. From the initial quote to the final touches, everything ran smoothly. Communication was clear, the timeline was realistic, and any small issues were handled quickly and professionally. This was our second time working with Sigura, and we’ll 100% work with them again in the future. It’s rare to find a contractor who delivers amazing quality AND makes the process easy. Highly, highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Sigura. My roof was damaged during a winter storm, and they stepped in immediately to help control the damage. Ilan was incredibly helpful throughout the process, specifically assisting with the insurance negotiation. Thanks to his help, I eventually received more compensation than I expected. I was very happy with the entire service and highly recommend them.

Working with Sigura Construction was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. As a real estate company, we often need fast, reliable, and high-quality work to prepare homes for sale and Sigura Construction exceeded every expectation. Their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly efficient. Every repair and improvement we requested was completed within hours, with excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. The quality of the work was outstanding from the finishing touches to the overall presentation, everything looked perfect. What truly stood out was their amazing customer service. Communication was seamless, and they even went above and beyond by completing a few additional touch-ups at no extra cost. Thanks to their hard work, the home was ready on time, looked fantastic, and sold within just six days on the market! We highly recommend Sigura Construction to any homeowner or real estate professional looking for quality, speed, and reliability. They’re a partner you can truly trust.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the fantastic team of Sigura Construction for a bathroom addition plus bedroom extension project, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, their attention to detail was exceptional, especially when it came to my design suggestions. They truly listened and made my vision come to life, transforming my space into something I absolutely love. One of the standout aspects of this experience was their responsiveness. Even after the project was completed, they were quick to attend to my minor touch-up requests, which speaks volumes about their commitment to service quality. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their clients' satisfaction. As a pro tip for anyone considering a project with this team, I recommend thoroughly evaluating the contract with Sigura. Make a clear list of items that are included and those that will incur additional costs. This proactive approach can help avoid surprises and ensure smooth communication throughout the process. Overall, I highly recommend these general contractors for their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to quality. I’m thrilled with my new bathroom and grateful for their outstanding work!

I called Sigura Construction for yet another successful project. It's the 2nd time I'm using this company to remodel my house and once again they did not disappoint! Their Production Manager Doug Garis was amazing and on top of everything. Any concern or question I ever had he addressed immediately. I am very picky when it comes to my house, and I have tried working with other contractors in the past, that make promises they don't deliver. With Sigura Construction you can be sure you get what you want and even more. My flooring looks wonderful and the color they helped me choose for the entire house is perfect, even though at first I was skeptical but they once again appear to be professional and knowledgeable. I would deferentially work with them again on my next project.
