I've been researching companies to create a pathway with soldier brick and concrete. Falcon's sales repr/regional mgr Toby Ganger was fabulous, patient with an eye for aesthetics. Because of his knowledge and time spent, I have decided to have Falcon do my entire landscaping, dry river bed, pathway, etc primarily because of Toby. The work is yet to be started but he was very good with listening to details I wanted and spent time going over costs and establishing a contract that benefitted both Falcon and homeowner. I'll review again when project is completed. If you are looking for this kind of excellent service at the start, ask for Toby. He represents well!
