We needed foundation stabilizing due to uneven floors and cracks in drywall. Got several quotes that all pretty much indicated some type of support would be required although at varying prices as expected. Once we decided on Dalinghouse the whole engineering, city permits and HOA paperwork process took a few months then it took the crew just a week to install the helical piers which pretty much follows what you see on YouTube videos. After installation the interior drywall cracks closed up to less than 50% of what they had been. Very noticeable improvement and yet all the windows and doors still operate the normally as I hoped after the repairs. The exterior shows evidence of repairs where the concrete patio had to be cut to access the foundation and then refilled and although you can see that, it's less serious than what I had anticipated. The crew worked together and managed to not damage anything even though working with heavy hydraulic equipment very close to walls and windows. I was able to watch the whole process. I'm happy with the outcome and would recommend Dalinghouse. Watch the YouTube videos to see the processes they use.
After anxiously awaiting this foundation stabilization job to get started I was so happy to have Joe and his 2 comrades show up, the day they said they would and on time! They were all professional and polite and respectful. They worked fast and efficient and didn't mind showing me what they were doing. The equipment and process was fascinating to me. They were in and out of here in 3 days, 8 supports put in. Overall it was a good experience for a job that was kind of stressful to plan and pay for. If I know of anyone needing foundation work I will highly recommend Dalinghaus.
Phil is an EXCELLENT project manager. He did a fantastic job managing the major foundation repairs project on my house. He is very hardworking, smart, experienced and HONEST. My neighbors had used Dalinghaus for their foundation repairs and highly recommended Phil as the project manager and I certainly recommend him as well. Thank you Phil and Dalinghaus for the great work, your dedication and professionalism.Nikki
I rarely leave reviews for anyone. Maybe one or two a year. But I am having earthquake bolt and braces added to my home to stabilize the house on the foundation just incase a good-size quake happens. Every single person I have worked with at Dalinghaus has been absolutely great to work with....friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, and efficient. It has been great working with them and in getting this job done to give me peace of mind in the event of a quake.
Thanks to Dillon and crew from Dalinghaus for doing a great job with the foundation lift. I would definitely call these back for any future work that is needed.
