SRL Contracting Corp.

We had SRL do some home renos this spring and we were impressed with how professional and hardworking everyone was. It was a huge relief to have them take care of every detail and watch it all come together with ease. Bonus points for also being tidy! The crew always cleaned up at the end of their day, which was appreciated. What really stood out was how kind, knowledgeable, and approachable everyone was, from the office staff to the tradespeople on site. Everyone we dealt with took pride in their work, communicated clearly, and made the entire process stress-free. We're thrilled with the final result and would not hesitate to recommend SRL to family and friends!

Timely and professional service. With a little one on the way, we hired SRL to redo our bathroom and install some new windows. Sam and his team went above and beyond during the project, including shoveling the walkway for my pregnant fiancée during the winter while I was away, accommodating change orders as they came up, and clearing my gutters while they were up on the lift. They showed up at 8 am each morning to get to work and kept us informed the whole way through. I highly recommend SRL - they're worth it.

Had SRL handle a new bathroom installation on our basement for us and they did a solid job. Sam was easy to talk to right from the start. Ryan was the main foreman on site and I really appreciated his attention to detail. During the work, we discovered that a cast iron line in the basement was disintegrating. They processed the change order fast and fixed the issue without any hassle. Reasonable prices and reliable work. I would definitely recommend them.

I contacted them last fall and they did come a review project but had tight timelines and were not able to do the job at that time. We connected mid March and within a couple of calls/texts my awning was rehung. The team was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely use them again and recommend this services.

Excellent deck builders. The workers we had were especially pleasant and respectful. At the end of the project, we had a concern regarding placement of a door and they were quick to come in and make the change at no extra cost! Would recommend

I’m so glad we went with SRL. They were pleasant and professional and reasonably priced. We did a complete kitchen Reno. They gave us a 6-8 week timeline. Being an old house there were a couple hiccups that put us out another week (no fault of theirs). And there was a delay with appliances. Again no fault of theirs. Mike the carpenter (and on-site coordinator) was amazing. He really knows his stuff and does wonderful work. Shout out to Dillon, Cole and the electricians. Great job

Our experience with SRL Contracting over the past 3 years has been exceptional. So far, they have done interior and exterior work for us in commercial and residential spaces, and what sets them apart is their client-centred approach and responsiveness. They are highly organized, attentive, and always prioritize our needs. Construction projects come with a ton of planning and decision-making that can be overwhelming, but they have come through for us every time with professional guidance and support, taking care to make sure we make informed decisions to turn our vision into a reality. At this point, we can’t imagine working with any other company and recommend them to everyone we know.

Sam and his crew were very professional, communicated any changes during the project and went above and beyond to ensure our deck was completed on time. The quality of the work they did inside and out was above our expectations. Would highly recommend SRL for any project.

I recently hired SRL to help me with foundation work for a home I'm building in the Thunder Bay area. They showed up when they said they would, we're good at communicating, had fair pricing, and did quality work. I would recommend them to anyone building a home or doing other related work in this neck of the woods.
