We contacted A&A Masonry about 4 weeks ago, on April 28 were told via email Sigourney would get back to us shortly, but we never heard back. We had actually reached out about concrete work a year ago as well and had the same experience.

We were very patient, but ultimately decided to go with another contractor who responded quickly and is completing the work this week. We really wanted to try A&A Masonry because of their many positive reviews, but our experience was disappointing. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not refer this company.

I called to request a quote and an appointment was quickly setup.
- Sales rep Nigel was a consummate pro and worked to discover our walkway needs
- Justin co-ordinated all scheduling and was very prompt with communication
Kris - was the on site manager and walked me through the process and some specifics small issues that they had noticed and that would address as part of the quoted job
Moises - was the stonemason with great attention to detail - a real artisan
Luis, Adam - provided backup to Moises and were very polite and helpful
Libby - made payment a painless easy process.

The whole process was handled professionally from beginning to end. The job was started and finished on time in very trying December weather.Set up was seamless and clean up was prompt and thorough. We were kept informed all the way through and any questions that we had were promptly answered. The cost was a little more than what we had budgeted but the value was there. In life you tend to get what you pay for and this project was no exception.

I recently had an upsetting experience with another company that quoted me $2,200 to repair the cement between my bricks. When I returned home from work, I found a large, unnecessary hole in my wall. The company falsely claimed that the bricks had “fallen off,” but a closer look showed they had actually broken the bricks themselves—and then tried to pressure me into paying over $30,000 to rebuild the wall.
