Zona Concrete and their entire team are the BEST. They were punctual, professional, responsive, respectful and experts in all aspects of their work on our 1,000+ SF concrete patios. The entire 8 man team knew their individual and collective responsibilities from excavation, grading and forming to pouring and finishing the exposed aggregate. They are all AWESOME! Our 40+ yr/old pool deck was settled & cracked beyond repair. Had several "concrete companies" come out for a quote only to tell me "we only do overlays." Finally called Zona Concrete. Mac came out within 2 days to look at it. Had a bid within the week. It was on par or better than the faulty repair jobs others had quoted.We were scheduled quickly, minimal wait time. His crew was on time or early all 3 days. No scheduling mixups or misunderstandings. Everyone was professional & friendly. Job site was organized & efficient. Did quality work. No damage to the existing coping tile. A bit more to do on our end, but we're exceptionally pleased with how this has turned out so far! Highly recommend Zona Concrete.
Mac was friendly, professional and came out quickly to measure and give us a quote. We actually were able to get the job done sooner because they had an earlier spot open up. They did a great job. We love our new poured concrete patio. It looks awesome... Also, all of the office associates I spoke with on the phone were very nice and professional. This is a well run, reputable company.
