Big Red’s Cement Company deserves an excellent review and recommendation. I initiated contact with the company because our driveway and walkway needed to be replaced. The owner of the company, John Kalamafoni, responded quickly. He walked me through the options of making minor changes to address ADU needs that would make access easier. His pricing was transparent and he provided all the paperwork necessary to comply with legal requirements. The actual work was done in a proficient manner. When there were follow-up concerns, John was available and he went beyond what was necessary to make sure that we were satisfied and happy clients. Big Red’s commitment to customer satisfaction and pride in their workmanship is truly rare these days. Their patience and excellent professionalism were greatly appreciated. We had such a great experience working with BRC. Not only did they have the best prices by far; they also built us such a gorgeous patio, driveway, walkway and fence with fancy stamped texture and finish to look like stone. They were so professional, skilled and communicative. They left the place spotless. Even when we had several change orders along the way (which I know can be frustrating for builders) John was always so accommodating with a can-do attitude. We will be calling BRC for our next big project without hesitation. Highly, highly recommended this company for any concrete work in the Vancouver, Washington area.

John and his crew were great to work with! He was able to take our partially thought out idea and worked with us to understand options and recommendations that was exactly what we were looking for without even knowing it! They tore out an old cement slab in the back yard and replaced it with a new larger, stamped, beautiful patio and stairs. We are finally comfortable in our back yard and can enjoy it for years to come. They'll crew was on time, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Great set of employees and John had excellent communication and professionalism. Will definitely keep them in mind for any future projects!

Big Red’s is a well oiled machine. We had our driveway replaced and a new retaining wall built. The entire experience surpassed our expectations from the quote through to completion.
