I will absolutely recommend this company for anyone interested in getting concrete work done. They did an awesome job super clean and friendly. He let me haggle a little bit on price and delivered. I will use them again for another pad I need poured in the future
Sam and his crew did a great job for us. We had to pour a small foundation for a kitchen addition and they were able to cut the existing patio, excavate, build forms, pass inspection and pour all in 3 days! It was a little tricky since we were required to go down 7-8 feet to meet the existing basement foundation and then step up to the normal 18” below grade at the far wall. Great communication! Great job for a fair price.
Sam and SMV Concrete were so easy to work with! They gave us a quote a few months ago and waited with us through the lengthy HOA approval process.
