Jose and his team were amazing! From the estimate visit to the actual work, Jose was responsive and transparent. His team replaced my old hot water heater in my attic with a tankless heater and were able to start and finish the job in the same day, which included electrical and plumbing work. I was incredibly impressed with Jose’s availability and the quality of the work performed, as well as the incredibly reasonable price! After a few weeks of entering my email “wrong”, a proposal for work on my house was finally sent. I accepted the proposal and talked to Jose on the phone. I was directed to have my tenants schedule with him. They kept getting the run around for almost 2 months before being completely ignored. When I contacted Jose to see what was up, he gave me different direction and then cancelled the job. This set us back several months of work. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.
