As an agent, you manage the entire process from contract to close, including all inspections requested by a buyer - and we've had 7 inspections on this one home! The buyer demanded a slab inspection, even though there is no indication of any issues. Richard did such a great job. He had to drive 5 hours to do the inspection, on a very clean, no issues, home. He still did a thorough inspection to ensure there weren't any unknown issues. He is very knowledgable and has a pleasant demeanor - and clearly and concisely explains what he is doing, and any findings. I highly recommend both Saber and Richard!
We had a great experience with Saber after having our backyard worked on. There was an issue caused by tampering on our side, and they still came out within the week to make everything right without hesitation.Their customer service was excellent from start to finish. Curtis was absolutely amazing—responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful in getting things resolved quickly. We also worked with Dan, our project manager, who was just as great. He communicated clearly, stayed on top of everything, and made sure the project was handled properly.Overall, Saber really stood out for how quickly they responded and how well they took care of us even after the initial work was completed. Called Saber and they had an advisor out within a couple days. Advisor was very professional and explained the process and costs. Crew came out the following week and raised our driveway and back patio within a few hours. Couldn’t drive on the driveway for 24hrs while the sealant cured for the cracks but it was totally worth it. Driveway is level and true like it’s supposed to be. I recommend Saber as it will save you time, and the extra headache of having to replace your concrete. Cost was in line with what I was prepared to pay to have the concrete replaced, and they gave me a discount for signing up that day. I also feel better about not wasting something that just needed to be raised up. 5yr guarantee has me feeling confident in my decision.

I wanted to describe the general process in this case so new customers could have some ideas what to expect when contact Saber. The place I stay have foundation problem. The backside of the building went down 4 in so the manager decided to look for a foundation company to stabilize it. She searched and found Saber. First the representative Isaac came to inspect the building in and outside. He made a plan and later sent us a 2D plan with quotes for each package. We picked the 2nd one since the problem is not too severe. Since all of our electrical and water lines are at the other side of the building away from the construction site so we don’t have to spend extra to scan the ground for those lines. We talked to them and they allow us a few weeks to make the decision. After we decided to move forward with the plan, they send a rep for soil test sample. Then they worked on the detailed engineering plan and work with the city for approval (the time depending on the scale of the project; ours is about 2 months.) They sent us a funding request for the first part of the project which is soil test, engineering plan and city permit fee (about $11k). Then they sent a crew to work on the ground (cut the slab, dig the soil, and install the piers ), the crew worked on tue planned schedule. Then next week , I was told that a different team will come to work on the slab. The project has 75 yrs warranty. The crews so far were professional, hardworking, easygoing and know what they are doing.
