Ingenious General Construction

I am super happy with the work Ingenious General Construction did on my home in Alamo, California! They transformed my kitchen into a stunning open-concept space, complete with a waterfall countertop and loads of storage. They also installed a beautiful fireplace insert and new flooring throughout. From design through build, they guided me every step of the way. Carlos was wonderful to work with, always making sure I was comfortable with every step. The designer was super communicative, and Antonio, the project manager, kept everything running smoothly. And Karla (Carlos’s wife and CFO) was the sweetest, always making sure the paperwork and finances were clear and simple. I felt completely supported. If you’re in the Bay Area and want a team that cares about both design and quality, Ingenious is a dream to work with!

If you’re looking for the best contractor in Alamo or the Bay Area, Ingenious General Construction is the one. Carlos, the owner, is incredibly experienced and leads a highly organized company. They helped us with an ADU and a pool, and I can confidently say they’re the best contractor for ADUs and pools alike. One of the biggest headaches I’ve had in past projects was sourcing finish materials, but Ingenious made it easy. They helped source everything and provided a clear project schedule and payment schedule. It made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. I can’t recommend them enough!

We recently completed our kitchen remodel with Ingenious General Construction here in Concord, CA, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial planning and design phase to the final finishes, their team was professional, organized, and truly attentive to our vision. They helped us rework the layout to create a more open and functional space, guided us through selecting cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and lighting, and made sure every detail came together beautifully. Throughout the project, communication was clear and consistent, which made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show. Our kitchen in Concord now feels modern, bright, and perfect for gathering with family and friends. If you’re considering a kitchen remodel, I highly recommend Ingenious General Construction. Top-notch quality and service! They just finished our bathroom remodeling in San Ramon, and we couldn't be happier. Professional crew and great communication throughout the entire process. We are already planning to use them for our future backyard remodel! 5 stars!

Carlos usually handles the big projects, but on this one he helped us build a small deck. About two years ago, he assisted with building our pool, and I’m grateful for that as well. I want to thank him for the same level of quality on this smaller project—the workmanship stood out. It’s not the size of the project that matters, but the quality, and that’s exactly what Ingenious General Construction delivers. I recommend them for any kind of general construction work. Reliable, skilled, and committed to high-quality results.

I recently had Ingenious General Construction remodel my kitchen, and the results are fantastic. From start to finish, the team made the process smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. Carlos, the owner, guided us through every step—helping with permits, coordinating finished materials, and handling the designs. His renderings gave us a clear vision of exactly how the final space would look. Danny, Antonio, and Eduardo did an outstanding job. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail are evident in every corner of the kitchen. The finished kitchen is beautiful, highly functional, and built to last. The workmanship is of the highest quality. I highly recommend Ingenious General Construction for your next kitchen remodel.
