Contacted multiple times for an estimate and never got a solid answer. Getting annoyed, I decided to travel with my team to Martinson in person. Long story short, we were very disappointed with the in-person experience and do not see Martinson as a mature working partner. We came to find out that they didn't even have our estimate even though we were told countless times that they would look into it over the span of 2 months. This experience left a bad taste in our mouth and ultimately forced me to consider other options. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON MARTINSON’S CONCRETE!
Martinson construction was very knowledgeable and all the concrete we added and replaced looks amazing! More importantly the rain and melting is all running away from our house! If you need concrete check out Matt.
Brent and Chris did an awesome job of fixing the foundation crack and making the retaining wall look as if it wasn't moved!
Can't speak to their work, because they wouldn't ever call me back for a quote. First emailed the office manager and asked for a quote, never heard back. Second I called twice and the person who does the quote was not available. Third I called and left a message for the person who does quotes and they never called me back. Emailed two other local concrete companies, and they both got back to me within 4 hours. Definitely will not be working with Martinson.
