Can't say enough about Giovanni. He was my 2nd call for a contractor on my issue. The 1st company came out and tried to get us to sign a 15 year credit option to dig out the foundation of our home and the concrete in the basement and quoted us $43,000, that our walls were in horrible shape. I obviously felt different and found Giovanni. He came into our home and laughed, said we didn't have and issue that he could see, offered solutions IF I really wanted to do something. Made me feel very comfortable and safe. Highly recommend.

Giovanni is very persuasive in his approach that he does quality work and will stand behind it. After a few months the stairs began to crumble and fall off of the surface. He admitted that the process was done incorrectly upfront, and it was an easy remedy for him to come and repair since then I have not heard from him or anyone from his company and have left multiple messages. text messages and emails.
