The team did an amazing job! Project manager (Jared) is a saint. Absolutely a perfectionist and is always positive even when issues arose. Came in on budget, on time, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. The whole team is first rate. Being able to pull a 4M job on an old building in less than 6 months, while we moved in throughout the process, is nothing short of a miracle. Mike Duffek truly has something unique here.
I was part of a committee that was in charge of getting a few dozen doors replaced for our parish school, both interior and exterior. After reaching out to several contractors, Duffek Construction was able to provide us with the best quote that included ability to complete the portion of the job that needed to be completed prior to the school year starting. With the short time frame, I was concerned that it might not happen. But Duffek wasted no time getting in and getting things measured, details worked out and things ordered. The interior doors were completed prior to the school year starting so there was not any interruption in the classrooms. And the quality of the doors were better than I imagined them being. I have heard a lot of comments from other parents and staff about how nice they turned out. I highly recommend Duffek for any commercial projects, both big or small.
We’ve worked with Duffek Construction twice now and both experiences have been absolutely outstanding.In 2020 they built our original facility from the ground up – office space, multiple repair bays, and everything in between. The quality was top-notch, they finished on time, stayed on budget, and the communication throughout the entire project was excellent.Fast forward to 2024 – we needed a major expansion: two additional semi-truck & trailer bays, four more standard truck bays, plus a complete re-grade and beautiful new asphalt parking lot that looks incredible and drains perfectly. Once again, Duffek knocked it out of the park. The crew was professional, clean, and respectful of our daily operations (we never had to shut down). The new addition matches the original building perfectly and the expanded shop flows like it was designed that way from day one.Duffek Construction is simply one of the best contractors we’ve ever worked with – honest, responsive, fair pricing, and the finished product speaks for itself.
