Justin came over explaining everything regarding my situation in a professional manner he gave me an estimate on the spot.I would recommend this company . I gave this company 5 stars at the beginning 4wks ago after the rep left my house may 22nd 2026 because how I was satisfied with his service…. With that being said I had to call him because I haven’t heard from him or his company for the repair he told me it was scheduled for jun 17 morning so made sure I was here and ready for the service repair I flew in from my vac just to be here for this job…. Well I happened to call the company this morning to get a actual time frame because I had to run some errandsThe person I spoke with Nicole one of the schedulers told me it had been moved without my knowledge. I was not very happy since I had to do work back there to get ready for these people to show up without giving me any kind of heads up. not to mention, I was not here. I had a fly in here to meet them and let them in my back yard they were just not going to be here that is not acceptable for any kind of business. Hopefully you read this review and make sure it doesn’t happen to you

I just recently had an encapsulation done on a rather large house and from start to finish the process was smooth. I had obtained many quotes but no one could beat Alpha Foundations. Blake Shambro was the gentleman I was in contact with and I must say, patient will my 1,000 questions, reliable, quick response, all about the customer, and most of all very communicative.
