They did an amazing job from start to finish! The concrete came out looking brand new, and you can really tell they take pride in their work. Everything was completed on time, the crew was professional and efficient, and they left the area spotless when the job was done. Today I called to inquire about whether this company could help me redo my patio. Initially, I was told that if the job was too small, they would not accommodate me. I ended the call and called back with the square footage.When I called again, the gentleman was extremely rude and stated that the project was not worth their time. I understand that there may be valid reasons for declining a job; however, there is no justification for hanging up on a potential client or being discourteous.This kind of interaction reflects poorly on the level of customer service one can expect from the company. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience and I am sure that speaks to how they treat clients at one point or another. Terrible customer service!!!
