Benjamin Design Build

This review is long overdue! We are now one year into our new kitchen and still love it. Benjamin took the challenge of preserving the character of our 1880s home, but making it functional and executed perfectly. His crew was reliable, hard working, and friendly. Our living space completely transformed in about 6 weeks.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience with **Benjamin Design-Build**. From the first visit, Ben immediately understood what I needed and was able to design and estimate the project on the spot, which made me feel confident and excited to move forward. Greg was incredible throughout the renovation—he was there every day, kept everything on track, and was in constant communication. As my vision evolved, they made adjustments without hesitation, and Greg or Ben were always available by text to answer my many “oh by the way” questions. That level of accessibility made a huge difference. This was a challenging garage renovation with complex plumbing and drainage, and they not only completed it on time, but exceeded my expectations while helping me stay within budget. I’m extremely grateful for the entire team and would highly recommend them.

We hired Benjamin Design Build to update our master bath. Its a small space but it was in dire need of a refresh. Ben and Greg were outstanding with everything, from communication, to quoting, scheduling, and even helping us find places to pick out our flooring. The contractors they use do great work and can be trusted 100%! They finished our bathroom very quickly, I believe it took about 3 weeks. Their prices are very fair for the quality you receive. I would highly recommend Benjamin Design Build for any home renovation needs! I have posted the Before & After pictures as well, it's amazing!

We recently hired Benjamin Design Build for a full kitchen remodel, powder room refresh, and fireplace surround update. Ben and Greg were professional, transparent with pricing, and great at communicating throughout the process. They were always responsive to our questions and proactive about addressing any concerns, ensuring everything was completed to our satisfaction. The finished space looks beautiful and we are happy with the results. We’d work with them again and recommend them to anyone planning a remodel.

Ben, Greg, and the rest of their team did an amazing job with our renovation! We completely redid our kitchen + added a pantry, transformed our old playroom into an accessible bathroom, and turned our formal dining room into a bedroom. The crew added new flooring and paint throughout the entire first floor. Ben and Greg did a great job communicating with us and sticking to the timeline. We love how everything turned out!

Working with Ben and Greg was wonderful. They were straight forward, prompt and not pushy to try and get us to go over our budget. Their crew was able to completely remodel our kitchen and first floor flooring in less than two weeks. We are very happy with the communication Ben and Greg provided. We were able to add on a few things as the process started, which was great. Would definitely recommend them to others and will be using them again in the future for other projects!
