I had a very positive experience with Patricia and Lana, the office personnel and Brandon, the field technician. They answered any questions or concerns that I had and kept me informed throughout the foundation repair process which helped to ease my worries. They truly represent highly professional customer service! The work crew were hardworking and courteous and their work was completed with precision. The foreman checked all doors and door frames in the house to make sure each door was leveled and was able to open and close properly. I highly recommend AAA Foundation Repair!!!
I highly recommend AAA Guardian for any foundation repair. Steve did a very thorough inspection and gave me a fair estimate. The crew arrived on time (8:15am) and worked tirelessly till the entire house was level. Great communication between the inspector, the work team, and the office. Pictures include inside French doors which have not opened in years, and a shower door which wouldn’t close. Very satisfied!
10’’ x 130’ sidewalk dropped 1 1/2” below brick, AAA did a fantastic job raising it with polyurethane foam and regrouting the mortor on brick and rock!!!I would Highly recommend them to do your job .Marty WatleyElgin Ok.
Friendly, professional and hard working. The 7 man crew arrived promptly on time and worked a full day each time they were there. In 2 days they jacked the exterior of my newly purchased (1900SF) home in 12 locations and reinstalled 7 new piers couple with re-shimming existing ones. The foreman Ivan was professional and detail oriented. If I had a question he was quick to explain. Based on interactions with staff and others that have had work completed by them I know that I will continue to be satisfied that I contacted them.
