Artistic Stone Masters

We have owned our home for about 15 years and have never been satisfied with its backyard outdoor space. We wanted to create a special retreat for our family and were looking for design elements and an experience that would be more than just a simple patio. Our family had experience with a waterfall feature at a VRBO we had rented previously, and we wanted that to be part of our retreat experience. Delaying us moving to a project stage was us trying to figure out how to incorporate multiple elements into our specific area in a cohesive way that worked. As we researched local contractors with experience with waterfall features, we kept coming back to the pictures and high reviews of Artistic Stone Masters. We decided to interview several contractors to confirm our research. Hands down compared to other contractors, Artistic’s approach and required capabilities to execute that approach showed Artistic Stone Masters to be the clear choice among their peers. Their approach removed our concerns and showed us a design that met all our project goals that worked with our space. They even incorporated changes to address a problem we recently noticed with house settling adjacent to this outdoor space – big bonus. As execution began Carlos was clear about what we would experience. Along the way, Carlos educated us on construction methods he had learned through many years and how he was incorporating these into our project to ensure we would have years of trouble-free enjoyment. It meant a lot that Carlos was doing this to protect our long-term investment. If we had any concerns, Carlos would let us know ‘no problem, we’ll take care of it’ and he did. Carlos and his team worked well together, and it was a pleasure to watch as they worked through the stages of our project. It has been about 18 months since our project was completed as we wanted to include how everything faired. We can say that we greatly underestimated how happy we would be with the final product. We have had no issues and are very satisfied that we got great value from Artistic. While we have incorporated a fire table into our retreat for cold weather as many people do, the most used and enjoyed part of our retreat is the waterfall with the peace and calming serenity it provides. Artistic Stone Masters has our highest recommendation for bringing our retreat to reality.

The guys created and built a stone fireplace for us on our patio. It turned out just as we had asked for. The crew worked hard to make sure we were happy with how the project was going. They were prompt and cleaned up each day. We would highly recommend them and plan to call on them in the future.

We had Artistic Stone Masters build our sea wall in June of 2022. Carlos and his crew are truly artistic stone masters, working very hard building us a beautiful and strong wall that has held up to the extreme winds, rains and temperatures that has happened in the last 4 years. We look forward to many more years of enjoying this beautiful wall and know that they will work just as hard to make your vision come alive as well.

My wife and I purchased a 25-year-old home in late October 2023. We liked the home's interior, but the landscaping was disappointing. With it being late in the year we concentrated on updating the inside of our home first while we searched and coordinated with various landscaping contractors for designs alternatives. Our home backs up to a creek spillway area, an area that comes with the home, we pay taxes on it but cannot build anything in that area due to flood control measures. Nevertheless, years of insufficient maintenance have resulted in several challenges for this area, particularly the remediation of ongoing erosion issues that are progressively affecting sections of the backyard. After receiving permits from the State and local authorities, we were set to begin landscaping. We initially contracted with a different landscape company, but after six months with little to no efforts realized we found ourselves frustrated and decided to look for a different company, one that offered total design, hardscape, and landscape capabilities. Through our research we located Artistic Stone Masters as a potential option and after sitting down with Carlos and Daniel to discuss “Our Vision” in detail and answer all our questions and concerns, Carlos and Daniel came back to us quickly with their full design, estimate, and completion timeline. After our experience with the previous landscape company, we were incredibly pleased with the results they were offering, and we instantly signed the contract. Artistic Stone Masters started the very next day! Throughout the entire project if my wife and I had any questions, Carlos would stop and listen, provide his suggestions or concerns to the changes we were thinking, and once we decided on the path going forward Carlos would always say “No problem, we will take care of it.” Carlos and his team consistently ensured that all tasks met our expectations and that the job site was thoroughly cleaned at the end of each day. Artistic Stone Masters is a dedicated company; led by owner Carlos, who is on-site daily to train and guide his team. Together they work to ensure a positive homeowner experience, meeting all expectations along the way and delivering on the original "Customer Vision". Best of all, the job is not complete until the cleanup is finished. Carlos and his team thoroughly power washed the entire driveway and sidewalks, effectively removing all dirt and grime on the last day of the project. Even my neighbors were impressed! Upon reflection, we consider it a privilege to have established contact with Artistic Stone Masters. The team demonstrated professionalism, exceptional craftsmanship, diligence, and consistently upholds the quality of their work. Overall, my wife and I unequivocally recommend Artistic Stone Masters for all your landscaping requirements. Scoring them a “5” seems extremely low for all the excellent work they did at our home. If allowed, a “10” seems more appropriate! See attached pictures for an overview of what Artistic Stone Masters accomplished on our home... incredible work!

I would recommend Artistic Stone Masters over and over again. Carlos and his crew did a full backyard installation which included 27 trees and more than 50 plants. They built two retaining walls, multiple flower beds, and installed a paved walkway. They did this in 4 days! The quality and care with the installation was also exceptional. Time and time again whenever we had a request Carlos would always say “no problem we will take care of it.” He made sure everything was done to our liking and you will be impressed with how hard he and his crew work. The icing on the cake is that they make sure to keep the workspaces clean and when the job is done, our driveway and the street were cleaner than when they arrived (they pressure washed all the dirt off our driveway down to the drain at the end of the street). Carlos and his team are very impressive craftsmen and worked diligently to deliver an exceptional installation. We look forward to having them back for another project!
