Delaney's Coastal Construction LLC

We had a great experience building our custom home with Chris and his team! From start to finish they were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about the quality of their work. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show in the finished product. We are so happy with our home and grateful for the effort their team put into making our vision and plans come to life. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to build!

We have worked with Chris and Delaney’s construction on multiple projects. Chris is one of the most congenial and professional builders I have encountered. We had a personal new construction project he lead and it was seamless - On time and on budget. He is dedicated to his business and clients. I have no hesitation referring him to my clients and actually enjoy working with Chris as a contractor and friend…speaks volumes to his character :) Don’t hesitate hiring Delaney’s Coastal Construction if you have the opportunity to trust them with your property goals.

Five stars are not enough. We have had the pleasure of dealing with Chris and this crews over the past six weeks. During this period, Chris completed a kitchen area expansion and a refurbishment of a backyard gazebo. Every aspect of the job was done with professionalism and care from all the workers on-site. Extra care was taken to limit the dust and general mess construction creates during this project. Chris was outstanding communicating the process, the work schedule each week; and his crews showed up when they said they were going to. A detailed line by line estimate was provided before work started. We will certainly contact Delaney Coastal Construction for any future needs.

My dad was in need of a new deck. We had planned on getting several estimates from different contractors. But after speaking with Chris , the owner and meeting Scott from Delaneys Coastal Contruction, we did not need to look any further. We knew right away that they were the ones for the job. They were very knowledgeable and professional and knew exactly what my dad was wanting. They did an amazing job on the deck. They are definitely not your typical contractors. They showed up every day and worked all day . Chris was very particular about making sure everything was done exactly right and stayed in contact with us constantly, He kept us informed on everything that was going on which we appreciated very much. I'm sure we will be calling them again for another project I have in mind at my own house. If you are looking for a company with excellent work ethic and professionalism. You need to call Delaneys Coastal Construction.
