Armand has the worst communication I have ever experienced in a business. Zero expectation management on when things will be done - you need to hound and project manage your job. I wish we had paid more and gone elsewhere. I have been hounding him for going on 4 weeks now (aug. 19th - present day) to put the final coat on our patio. When he does get back to you he doesn't actually show up. I will be filling a complaint for a job not finished if he doesn't follow up this week to finish the job. I absolutely hate to leave a negative review for a business but this is out of control. Dude, hire someone if you don't have time. Why are you ruining your business and customers experiences?
I had my driveway done by this company sometime June 2021. The next day after the concrete was poured I saw a large crack. I have added a picture below. I then noticed my drain was not properly aligned to the downsprout. I could not believe that no attention was paid to this little detail. This company was not chosen by me, but was selected by my builder, Alta Nota. So upon the initial meeting with Josh, we were quoted that any extra concrete that would be added would be roughly, $6-7 per square foot. After he had taken the measurements and we had discussed what we would have liked done he said he would get back to us with a price estimate and a date. After repeated calls and text messages with no response they showed up on a random day without telling us and gave us the price then and there. The price given to us was $12-15 per square foot. I do want to mention that I'm giving rough estimates because this took place a year ago and I don't remember the exact dollar. When we told Josh that was the not the agreed upon price he said "No, that is the builder price ($6-7). I'm going to have to charge you more." But what I don't understand is why when we asked you what the cost would be for the extra cement did you give us the builder price? And also, why wait until right when you're about to start the work do you tell us the price. I believe they wanted to back us into the corner, so we could just pay the astronomical price. So, being fed up with how Josh and his associates treated us we told them to just do the concrete that the builder was paying for.We also discussed adding re-bar to which Josh said that it would absolutely be done. It was not. They cemented our back patio and it was so done so badly. That no cement was actually poured in the corners. There were gaps. We had to pay another company (Selena Construction) to rip the cement out and re do it. Essentially paying for the job twice.I URGE ANY CUSTOMER OF THIS COMPANY TO GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING OR THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER.

Extremely unprofessional company. Had a driveway and patio poured in late 2018 by Windsor concrete right before the cold weather hit. Within 4 months I had 2 large cracks in the patio near the rear steps. Concrete is concrete and yes these things happen, and I understand that. Spoke several times about this to the owner (Armand Mastronardi) to come look at it to figure out what we can do, and he’s basically avoiding me now. What kind of business owner takes $18,000 from someone and won’t provide any sort of support if the client isn’t happy with the job? Armand you have a lot of growing up to do to become a professional. What makes a good contractor is how you handle things when issues arise - and you’ve proven to be unreliable and unprofessional. To anyone reading this - Avoid this company, your money is better spent elsewhere with someone who actually cares.
