Juan had to redo our outdoor patio with porcelain tiles because the previous contractor had not waterproofed the concrete below the stone tiles and there were leaks below in the living space. Juan was very thorough in removing the existing stones, waterproofing with 2 types of membranes and in installing the porcelain tiles which were difficult to drill thru to reinstall the cable railing posts. So far no more leaks!! Good company, good boss and very nice workers.
