I went through Costco and Colorado Flooring for my LVT and carpet install on my new home. Kris with Costco did an amazing job walking me through the right options for my home. He took time explaining all of the benefits of the various manufacturers products to help me find the perfect solution for my new floors. Kris made it such an easy process and was a pleasure to work with!
Just had Colorado Flooring replace an old stair runner. Arianna was great and walked us through options that would hold up well for us, and also brought several samples tothe house for us to sit with for a few days so we could see how the colors looked with the sun slanting in differently at different times throughout the morning/afternoon/evening. The installers were efficient and right on time. Would hire them again.
I went through Costco to get our carpet replaced, and they contracted the job out to Colorado Flooring. The two representatives I worked with were Nicole Roman and Kelly Allen. The installation team was a father and his three sons (I believe), and they did an exceptional job—finishing the entire project in one day. They also left me with a few rolls of carpet for future repairs, which I really appreciated.Every time I reached out to Nicole and Kelly, they responded promptly—usually within a day, and often within a few minutes. When I noticed one spot where I could feel the tack strip through the carpet, they had the installers return within two days to fix it. Needless to say, I couldn’t be happier.I’m still waiting on the Costco Cash Card, but when I followed up with Kelly yesterday, she responded quickly and assured me she would take care of it. Bottom line: when in doubt, go through Costco!
We’ve purchased high quality laminate flooring from Colorado Flooring for two houses and have been extremely pleased with the products. We are confident DIYers but for our most recent home we decided to hire them to also install the flooring. They did an INCREDIBLE job and completed the demo and installation in under 2 days. Flawless work and phenomenally fast.
