The Flooring grouprecommended Joe Garcia to install our basement Cortex floor. We were told there were leveling problems but they could fix it..They screwed it up so badly that we had to hire an installer from Simply Floors to rip out, (1500 ft2 of flooring), spend 2 days leveling it correctly, and relaying the floor which is now gourgous. The Flooring Group did very little to help us reclaim our losses.. which totaled over $4000. They did ask me to take my initial review down in good faith which I did . As you read this again you can come to your own conclusion how good their faith was.
