We had an ok experience. She was nice and helped with tile selection, but it was very clear we were not a high priority to them. The order amount was placed wrong on our most expensive tile, she didn’t tell us, and we ended up having to get more due to her mistake. The tile we had leftover they would not allow us to return. Seemed uncommon. Quality of the tile is great, but the service is the reason we won’t go back for another remodel. Very unfortunate.

I couldn’t speak more highly of our experience with Total Floors from start to finish. From the first time I went there to browse their flooring section as recommended by our contractor, to the service throughout our purchase of not only engineered hardwood but cabinets as well, the staff with whom we worked were all amazing. And the pricing was terrific as well, especially on our cabinetry when compared to another highly recommended cabinetry company for the same exact manufacturer, wood choice, finishes, and extras. There was a 15k difference. Crazy! From the management to the sales to design, our experience was incredible.
