Called Vernon with regards to an issue and he had his team onsite the next morning to address my electrical issues. Cameron was easy to deal with and helped walk me through a few options to resolve my situation. I was invoiced within 36 hours of the work being completed, with both reasonable rates, and reasonable payment terms. I will certainly deal with Vernon and his team again in the future.

We recently purchased a house with an unfinished basement. It was not until after we moved in that we discovered that there was only 1 electric plug for the entire basement! Black Tie came to the rescue installing additional plugs. The owner of the company who came to quote was on time, had a quote ready the same day, and was very responsive to questions and concerns that I had. On the day of the appointment, the electrician, Brad, was prompt, professional and very tidy. He worked quickly and confirmed all the work was completed as per the quote, and showed me that everything was in working order before he left. This is a nearby electrical business I called this afternoon to consult about a "potential" or "needed" repair for my outdoor connection transitions (see the attached pictures). I got immediate call back and was able to schedule a check up visit right away. The company guy came very quickly to inspect the problem. He reassured us that the elecrical part actually was in good condition; however other cords such as telephone/internet/grounding cables indeed require some insulation repair work. He left some safety tips, and fix suggestions; remained very professional, polite, and pleasant as well as reassuring. 5 star for quick response and safety inspection visit.
