If you are looking for someone for your electrical needs look no further. I called today on a Sunday at dinner time because my breaker box was making noise and could not get power in three of my rooms. When I called, I will be honest I was super panicked and when I was told they couldn’t come out today, my heart sank. The gentleman on the phone apologized for not being able to come out today, but asked me for some more details as to what was going on. I explained to him what happened prior to the breaker popping, and the noise being made. He asked me to go down to the electrical box and follow his instructions. Once complete completed, he told me he would send me a message so that I could send him a picture of my box so he could see what it looked like As I still did not have power in three of my rooms. After reviewing the picture, I was instructed to pop a breaker back on which Did make all the lights come back on. Support small businesses like this one who are not just out to take your money, but truly are there to help you. Today cost me absolutely nothing but his time and patience meant the world to me. I am forever grateful and cannot wait to schedule my electrical needs with this team.
Definitely worthy of 5 stars! They were very smooth to work with and the resolved my electric issues quickly. Pricing was very fair and clear. The entire team was great but shout-out to Kevin (Tech on site). He was thorough and answered any questions I had . Will absolutely for future projects!
Excellent emergency response time on superbowl sunday and we needed an electric panel installed, we decided to use them to install one. The owner was very friendly and he sent, Kenny that night. Kenny came to install the panel on Tuesday. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. From this point on any electrical needs will only go through this company.Kenny even went as far as getting some snow out of my driveway so I did not have to climb a snow pile to get into my car.I recommend this company. They offer financing as well. Great family business. I wish more companies would run like this place.
I called Brighten electric. The owner was incredibly kind. Bryan checked on GFCI outlets in my bathroom that were not functioning. He was able to resolve the issue quickly and also answered other electrical questions I had for him ensured my kitchen outlets were also working.
