If I could give Lite Electric 10 stars I would! We had an emergency at one of our properties where the power pole for our well fell down. I called every emergency electrician I could find and Lite Electric was the first one to answer. They got us sorted out and service was restored as quickly as possible. Great price, great service, overall great company to work with. We will certainly be calling them again next time we need electrical work at our property, and they will be our first call!
You never truly know how good a company is until you see how they handle a problem. While replacing a vent fan one of the techs damaged my ceiling (pure accident). There were a few issues getting it fixed and then Richard showed up with the people needed to get the job done and he saw it through to my satisfaction. I've used them for years and, even with this little setback, I would recommend them because Richard will make sure you're taken care of.
Very unprofessional, would not recommend at all.Had a very serious electrical issue with the risk of an electrical fire and decided to give them a call… what a mistake that was. The man who answered the phone had the nastiest energy, first thing that came out of his mouth (mind you its 24/7 service) was, “do you know what time it is???”, second thing that came out of his mouth was, “who’s paying”. When I told him I was paying, he hung up in my face and did not pick up the phone after. Please do not give them a dime of your money, bad customer service up front, probably a bad job if they actually get a chance to work an issue. Stay away, far away.
Called Lite Electric in a panic at 9pm because we had sparks coming out of our fuse box and a burning smell. Richard talked us through some troubleshooting, doing everything he could to save us the emergency fees and reassure us that we were safe. We had installed new ceiling fans, and we were sure we had messed something up, but after his expert (and calming) advice, it became clear that it is our AC and just really bad timing. He could have EASILY made a nice fee off of us, but he was honest and helpful and put us on the right path. We will absolutely give him whatever work comes next and refer him to anyone that asks. Thank you Lite Electric!!!
