I called a couple of times on a couple of different days trying to establish contact for an estimate (4-5 calls total). I realize people are busy, but nobody ever answered. I left a message on the website - finally got an email. We emailed back and forth a few times, and finally set a date for an estimate. Nobody showed up, nobody called, nobody contacted me. Not someone I want to do business with.
I was beyond impressed with Ben’s expertise and knowledge. He was straightforward with cost and communicated with me professionally and promptly. I would trust him and his team with any electrical job and highly recommend this company to anyone!
Called them as they are the only Tesla certified electricians in the area. The quote they gave me seemed very high. Still, I scheduled an appointment with them after nearly 2 weeks of back and forth saying they were busy and would have to get back to me. Install day came and they never showed. They never called and they never responded to my calls or texts. Most unprofessional business people I have dealt with in a long time. If you need a Tesla wall charger installed try to do it yourself. The cost of parts was about 10% of the quote they gave me to do a job that only took 2 hours. They’ll try to rip you off, or like in my case, waste your time and never do the job you hired them to do.
Ben and his crew did a great job, I highly recommend them. They were on time and made a difficult job look easy. I am very pleased with the outcome of the work and would easily recommend them to any one looking for a quality electrician.
Ben and his team where great. Even tho Ben couldn’t be there when we needed the work done, his team did an amazing job. I changed my mind a few time on where I wanted my lights in the ceiling and they worked with me and got them exactly where I wanted them. They are awesome and we will use them again. I definitely recommend them to anyone that asks.
