Mike was very timely upon arrival, professional while he was in my home and came prepared for the job. After calling several companies, positively charged electric was the most reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great electrician.

Great company to work with! This was our second time working with them. They installed a new electrical panel in our previous house. Jason was responsive & explained in detail what was going to be done, & sent a technician out the next day. Lauren came out to house, replaced the breakers then reached out to let me know that things went well.

Highly recommended! Great, quick work and very good communication. He replaced a ceiling fan that has been giving me problems for years with motors burning out and replaced a power strip that shorted out with an outlet and diagnosed the circuit issues for me. Not huge jobs, but things that were beyond my electrical capabilities . Jon was done efficiently (including a Home Depot run) and very fair pricing! Will definitely use again as needed!

We found ourselves in a bind and reached out to countless electrical companies, only to be met with call centers and no direct access to a technician or owner. Positively Charged Electric was the complete opposite experience. From the moment we called, the receptionist was kind, helpful, and genuinely attentive to our urgent situation. She immediately passed my information to the owner, Jason, who called me back promptly. Jason was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to fully understand our issue. He provided an estimate quickly and followed up with me over the weekend to answer additional questions—never once making me feel rushed or pressured. His professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond made the decision to move forward an easy one. Master Technician Jake arrived early within the scheduled window to complete the work at my mom’s home, which was built in 1959. He made her feel completely comfortable, clearly explaining what needed to be done and how he planned to complete the job efficiently while minimizing any power interruptions. His expertise and respectful approach were truly appreciated. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the results exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier. Positively Charged Electric has earned our trust, and we will absolutely be lifelong customers. We will be recommending them to all of our family and friends. Thank you, Jason, for your exceptional leadership and customer care, and thank you, Jake, for making this experience smooth and reassuring for my mom. Outstanding service all around.

Excellent experience with Positively Charged Electric! Jason was responsive from the start and answered all my questions. The quote was lower than the other companies I had reached out to and I usually shy away from the lowest but I’m glad I didn’t. From the initial conversation, the reviews, quick response time and then work done/install, it was an amazing experience. Mike Perez was a great installer, on time, work was professional and everything works like it should - which I was concerned about with an older house. The price quoted came out to the total and I couldn’t be happier going with PCE.
