Tanner with Eskew Electric was awesome! I called Austin Energy to inspect their electric meter that was partially detached from the base PVC pipe due to ground settlement. But I didn't expect that Austin Energy immediately removed the meter leaving the whole house without power. Tanner was able to come out within an hour of me calling Eskew Electric, provided me a quote quickly and explained in detail how he plan to do the repairs. Repair was completed in a few hours and Tanner coordinated with the city to put the meter back. I'm super happy the house had power back the same day!. Tanner's work was quick, clean, professional, and great workmanship! I would definitely use Eskew Electric again in the future.
The Eskew team has been fantastic to work with and very communicative. We had to move around our appointment a few times due to personal events and the team was super willing to work with our schedule. We had Alden for both our projects and he is great! Super friendly and timely. Had the new outlet and breaker installed in the same time frame as quoted. Will definitely reach out again for additional projects!
