Looking for professional electrical services; look no further, I have finally found an all round experience that checks all the boxes. Starting with the first contact clearly wanting to understand the project or problem to giving clear, transparent and technical feedback. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Many contractor services are not timely when appointments are set; an on time scheduled service call elevates the experience. Jake (technician), was super engaging and helpful. I will be delighted to have this organization be my go to electrician. Thank you for your attentiveness.

The Electrical Elite crew was fantastic to work with. Job was done on time and on budget, even though the snowy weather kept getting in the way! Stephen, Jake, Ethan, Odon were professional, explained what was happening and the work was excellent. I have more work to do and will definitely have them again.

I dont think I could recommend Electrical Elite enough. We just moved and needed a few things done to get set up in our new home. Booking was easy and they arrived on time. Both were very professional. They offered great advice and the work was smooth and well done. We will have more things to get done and I will absolutely use them again.

As a side note, as a woman, this might be the first time that I had a service person come that spoke to me directly, wasn't patronizing, including me in the decisions and treated me the same way he treated my husband. I think alot of women would understand how good that felt to be spoken too that way. So ladies, if you are looking for an electrician that you can feel comfortable that they will treat you with respect, I highly recommend Steve and the team at Electrical Elite

Let me start off with the individual who answered my wife's call (Apologies for not remembering the name), they were polite and helpful with ensuring we got a call back to schedule the appointment. Then I think I spoke to Steve and described the issue with our dishwasher to him. He understood the problem and made sure the appointment was scheduled. Amazing response by him, and again, very courteous.

Next it's Jake and Ethan - fantastic work guys! We can't thank you enough for showing up on the same day we made the call. Trust me when I say this, my wife and I must have made not less than 12 calls to different electrical service providers; out of all of them, Electrical Elite literally ended up being the "elite." Jake was knowledgeable, efficient, and transparent. Explained the problem and resolved it in no time. Jake's co-op student / understudy did his part amazingly well.
We couldn't ask for more!
