I feel the technician was not careful enough. The cable connected my loading center and panel is very thin and can only bear 100A Amp (it will not allowed install another EV charging outlet with 50 Amp) and the technician didn't notice it at all. The technician from another company figured out later. Later, I asked them to checked it again but a couple of weeks pasted I have not received any response.
***** Please note - Now that we have our Kohler Generator installation complete, I can complete my review. Steadfast Electric, Toby, was awesome. He supervised the completeo job from start to finish and everyone worked pretty well within tandem. He made sure everything was done well and complete.
