I feel the technician was not careful enough. The cable connected my loading center and panel is very thin and can only bear 100A Amp (it will not allowed install another EV charging outlet with 50 Amp) and the technician didn't notice it at all. The technician from another company figured out later. Later, I asked them to checked it again but a couple of weeks pasted I have not received any response.

All we have done so far is meet with a very, nice and knowledgeable sales person, Tyler. He was very upfront about the Kohler Generator. The value, maintenance and cost - no fast talk nor high pressure.
