I live in a 106 year old home, that had previously been updated over the years…but it had been awhile when it came to outlets! Nexus (Jeff) came in and took care of all of my old, broken outlets. He also gave me good advice for one that was questionable on my patio, and promptly provided an estimate to remedy it!I will be a customer of Nexus Electrical Group for any future repairs/ new installations. This was such a great experience. I had called some other businesses to help get my home set up to charge my new EV and felt like a burden, but then I connected with Jeff who was friendly, responsive, honest, and just overall extremely helpful. Their assistant was also engaged in the process to help keep things moving along and I truly have zero notes on how this experience could have been better! They are amazing here and I’d strongly recommend starting with Nexus before choosing anyone else.
