I’m a Plant Operations Director and I work with Bright Services on a variety of different electrical projects and issues. I call them and they are always there and they always have a professional attitude every time Quinn does most of our work and he is absolutely amazing very knowledgeable about everything, Tyler has been very helpful with planning projects and problem solving difficult ones. Steve with bright services came into our home to a huge mess. Not only that, a mess in the wiring. He was very patient with us and very thorough in his work. We had four rooms that were not permitted for rooms that he had to inspect.And do some new wiring Steve is an amazing guy.And we were thankful for his service.I would recommend him to everybody. This was my first time using Bright Services. Justin was a great technician that quickly diagnosed and resolved a thermostat + electrical relay switch problem that I had been struggling with for months. He was also great with my son who wanted to see everything Justin was doing. Excellent service all around from Bright Services!

This was our first time using Bright, electrical service, and we sure are glad we did! The cost for installing a new dimmer switch in our bathroom was certainly reasonable. Bright actually beat out 3 other quotes that we received. The office manager that schedules appointments was very friendly and kindly answered all our questions. Electricians, Justin and Brian explained everything, and did a quick and very efficient job. We would definitely consider Bright’s services for any future electrical work, and highly recommend them.

Great! I had several fiddly issues with various electrical systems controlling lights and gates and even a fountain - Dominic and Sage figured it all out and also installed two ceiling lights. Everything is in tip top shape again. I appreciate that they are very knowledgaeable, efficient and also super friendly people that I enjoyed interacting with. Very reasonable price and they suggested a different option for 2 light switches than what I originally thought I wanted. Their way made much more sense and saved me cost as well. I will definitely use them the next time my home has an electrical issue. Highly recommend!
