GLORY be to GOD for DR. ELECTRIC and MARCUS today. Marcus was punctual and worked with fidelity to get my heat and air working. I have been without heat for almost a week and the weather is now getting colder. Marcus was very professional and concerned about getting the heat to work in my home. Because of Marcus, I will certainly tell my friends and family to do business with Dr. Electric because of the service that Marcus provided for my home today. Kudos to Marcus!

First impressions mean a lot to me. Technician arrived an hour after I called. Called me 30 min out from my home. Tremendous service. He fixed the problem. Was brutally honest with me (I thoroughly appreciated that).
He then proceeded to explain in plain English how the problem occured and how to avoid issues in the future. Then he double checked everything all over again to make sure all the appliances were in working order before he left our house. Professional, prompt, very friendly. From the receptionist to the technician, absolute awesome service. I will most certainly, definitely recommend you call Dr. Electric for your electrical assistance. I have their number and I will use it again. You should as well.

Nathan is AWESOME! Not job too small or too big. He helped me make some needed repairs but some proactive things I could do to sell my house smoothly.

This company wants you to remain silent and pay whatever they demand without question. I am truly disappointed in this company. Dr. Electric was the first company we contacted when our wall outlets stopped working. They were not timely in returning our call, which should have raised a red flag. We were informed that it would cost $175.00 just for them to drive to our house, which is only 15 minutes away. All my spouse said on the phone was to respectfully thank them for their time and let them know that we would be considering other options. This did not eliminate them from being a candidate for our job. There is nothing wrong with doing your due diligence and not simply hiring the first person you call—that would be unwise.

So, I was completely shocked when we received a rude and condescending email accusing us of seeking free service and wishing us luck finding someone cheaper. They explained that the $175 fee covers the insurance on the vehicle coming to our location, not just the diagnostic fee. Every company we have contacted since then either laughed at that explanation or expressed complete shock, just like we did. Additionally, here’s the kicker: other companies have been waiving the service fee due to recent storm damage. We are more than willing to pay for someone to come out, but we appreciate companies that show understanding in these situations.

So, I leave you with this, future customer: If you enjoy paying whatever you are told, then this is definitely the company for you.

I am very happy I used Dr. Electric. When we were looking for someone to install a couple of video doorbells, and outdoor cameras and lighting, Dr. Electric provided a very competitive estimate. They were able to work with my schedule for the installation. They tested the products every step of the way, and made sure I had the right apps downloaded and was satisfied with the work. I have a laundry list of electrical repairs to be done around the house, and will definitely reach out to them again.
