GLORY be to GOD for DR. ELECTRIC and MARCUS today. Marcus was punctual and worked with fidelity to get my heat and air working. First impressions mean a lot to me. Technician arrived an hour after I called. Called me 30 min out from my home. Tremendous service. He fixed the problem. Was brutally honest with me (I thoroughly appreciated that).
He then proceeded to explain in plain English how the problem occured and how to avoid issues in the future. Then he double checked everything all over again to make sure all the appliances were in working order before he left our house. Professional, prompt, very friendly. From the receptionist to the technician, absolute awesome service. I will most certainly, definitely recommend you call Dr. Electric for your electrical assistance. I have their number and I will use it again. You should as well.
