I contacted King Fred through my home warranty company. I spoke with Natalie first. She was very helpful and dealt with the home warranty company for me, which was very helpful because they are a pain to deal with. She took care of it. They went out of their way to take care of my problem. They even agreed to come on Saturday when I was off work. The work was done that same day, which is wonderful. I asked for a quote after they were done for another job and the price for the next job was 30% less than a prior quote from the company who “does it all” by their slogan. In summary, King Fred has a wonderful wife helping him and a great work ethic. He does what he says and shows up on time to do quality work for less than the companies who are making you pay for their advertising.

I played with the thought of renovating for years out of fear but he was so helpful in telling me everything about my basement during consultation, he answered every question and was very professional yet personable. It was priced well, seamless work, timely so I knew when and what was happening, and I have gotten many compliments. I'm very impressed! Thank you so much for making my experience such a good one!
