I totally support a family business. I’m 100% satisfied with them. Professional, Courteous, and on time. That’s a rarity these days!

Do not hire this company! They were a no show 4 times while I sat there expecting them to show up. I even talked to them on the phone and they said they'd be in touch and that never happened. I finally called the plumbers who did the 1st part of the job and they felt so bad, they came out and did the electric work ! This company is very irresponsible. Do not hire unless you have alot of time to wait for them to remember you exist.

We had an excellent experience with Copley Electric! They were professional, reliable, and very knowledgeable. The work was done quickly, neatly, and at a fair price. Communication was great throughout the whole process, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Highly recommend Copley Electric for anyone needing quality electrical work!

Editing review: The owner did reach out, take ownership, and apologize- which was huge! They were prompt in rescheduling, informative during their assessment, and personable while building rapport. Their pricing was fair for the work I requested an estimate on. We did use a different provider but only because of personal references with someone else. I would absolutely contact them in the future for any additional work. ********* Original review below: I contacted Copley for an estimate. They were quick in their original communication and scheduled a date and time to come out. But no one arrived at the scheduled appointment time. I called, no one answered. I left a voicemail and no one returned it. Being there wasn’t any communication about needing to reschedule the estimate date/ time- I wouldn’t consider them a reliable source for your electrical needs.
