We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Happy Home Electric.They responded to our request for service quickly.We had the pleasure of having "Moe" and his assistant working in our home. Both of these gentlemen were polite, respectful and professional.Moe was extremely knowledgeable about our situation and explained everything to us as he completed his work. The job was a complicated one, and Moe had it diagnosed quickly. Although it took several hours to complete the job, he worked diligently to get it done.I highly recommend this company. We will definitely use them in the future and specifically request that our work be done by Moe.
The electricity wasn't working completely. I had power downstairs but not upstairs. The technician was there on time, called about 20 minutes before arriving. I'm not sure what he did, but in about 45 min, I had electricity and the price was right. I was quoted almost $350 for ANOTHER company to walk thru my front door & THEN he'd assess the problem. Happy Home provided very good service, punctual, professional, pleasant and affordable. Would recommend & 100% call them again.
