His pricing was extremely competitive (best quote I got). His demeanor was pleasant. His work ethic was extremely professional. His online recommendations and lack of complaints reflect his overall professionalism and reliability.

Working with Anthony was a breeze. He was able to provide an accurate quote with just some photos and videos and he was out a week or two later to begin the work.

We were looking to have a sub panel installed and the job took around a day and a half to complete. I was happy to see conduit used when running to the sub panel (our home builder didn't use any conduit so this was a nice surprise). Anthony was able to offer some ideas for where the panel could go given our future plans to finish the basement which ultimately paid off as this passed inspection. In addition to that I was really happy to see the worksite being left just as clean as it was found; I think there was a little bit of sawdust I needed to vacuum up that got stuck in cracks in the floor.

This install wasn't without issues though, and I think that's an important thing to consider anytime you hire someone. There will always be an issue and what matters is how the person responds to the issue. In this case the original location of the conduit body was a little too close to easily open the main breaker. Anthony was very responsive to this concern and he was back out a day or two later to fix the issue.

This is also a good time to mention that during the install I was fairly busy with work and appointments. One of our dogs was being especially chatty and Anthony took some time to calm the dog down as he was walking in and out. BUT this is also why the original was initially missed as I wasn't able to do a complete walk through; which makes it even more impressive that Anthony was as responsive as he was.

Overall this was a great experience and the next time I have another electrical project I'll be looking to work with Well Grounded again.

Called multiple installers for a new Tesla EV setup. Anthony, was the most responsive and competitively priced. Work was performed great and end results were as desired. I’d highly recommend Well Grounded for new EV owners.
