John arrived on time to install a chandelier in my two story foyer. He was very communicative about the project leading up to the day of the install. He was courteous, professional, and was even willing to come back at no cost to finish the job if I didn’t have all the material. I will definitely consult John on future projects.

John was on target and up front about what the job would entail, the estimated cost, and perceived issues based on the quick walk-thru.On the scheduled day of work, he and his crew were on time, quick and efficient, up front about an overlooked issue that prevented one of the planned tasks that day, and very considerate of the fact they are in someone's home. Mess was minimal and just as expected and explained.Overall, very happy with the results of the work done and the experience of using JQ Electric. Johnny performed an EV charger installation for me and made the process so easy. He did come recommended by a neighbor, but I stumbled upon him a different way. The project took less time than expected and they even spent a little extra time sweeping and cleaning up the job area (left no trace).As valuable as the work, Johnny was very communicative throughout the process. He was quick to return my initial call, ensured all parties understood the work to be accomplished, followed up 24hrs before to verify time, then even gave me a 10 min heads up as he was on the way. The entire exchange, from initial call to post-work functionally was professional.
