Shawn came out to fix a couple of wiring issues, and went above and beyond with his service. He solved the issues quickly, was courteous throughout the process, and even cleaned our ceiling fan along the way. Thank you!

If I could, I would add a star or two. John Dubovoy wanted to get the repair job to our new build done the late afternoon he showed up, and he did. Working well into the evening troubleshooting, identifying, and fixing the problem. Totally professional and focused on customer satisfaction. A real pleasure in these days of mediocre attention and service. Thanks John
